Shareholders Details

All shareholders who note their interest in selling or buying shares will have to give their permission to be contacted. Any parties who agree a price and conclude a bargain are asked to ensure that relevant details, including the names and addresses of the contracting parties and the number of shares traded are correct, are sent to Ultima Newco so that the Company’s share register can be kept up to date and revised share certificates issued as necessary. 

 

EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS (Prior to 14/10/2015)

Existing Ultima Newco Shareholders, i.e. Shareholders prior to 14th October 2015 will not be charged any transaction fees to sell their shares under our Matched Bargain Facility.

The facility is free of charge for all shareholders who wish to SELL and were on the Ultima Networks Plc’s share register at close of day on 14/10/2015 for a period ending on 30/06/2016 (London Stock Exchange Trading time). Thereafter they will be charged the normal administration fee of £20 per transaction.

Any subsequent buyers and sellers will be charged £20 per transaction fee. Shareholders wishing to buy shares will be charged £20 per transaction to cover administrative costs plus the statutory stamp duty. New Shareholders will be subjected to buying a minimum of £100 of shares.
